Can I have pets?
Yes, pets are subject to approval and breed restrictions. While we do allow pets, there is a one-time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet fee determined by breed and size.
Do I need renter’s insurance?
You are required to carry an active personal liability policy that includes a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests are to be submitted through the resident maintenance portal.

When will I be able to tour the home?
The available date listed under each home is our estimate when the home will be available to tour and rent. All tours are self-showings and can be scheduled through the property listing page.

Our website is up to date and accurate. Only homes listed on our website are available to tour and rent.
Where can I submit my application and supporting documentation?
Applications can be submitted here. All necessary documentation can be uploaded on the application or emailed to [email protected].
Who needs to be listed on the application?
All adults (18+) living in the home need to complete an application.
Are all of your homes smart homes?
Yes, all homes come standard with smart home capabilities.
